Each Sunday we acknowledge that the land we hold our services on was previously inhabited by the indigenous people of this area. How is it that today non-indigenous people hold title to most of the lands in Montana and North America? Was it manifest destiny that the indigenous people would relinquish their lands? How are people with indigenous ancestry faring today?
