Description of the Project or Activity:

A coordinator is needed to arrange for the Women’s Group get togethers which occur once each month (or however often you would like to have them). All women who are members or friends of UUFB are invited to attend. These get togethers can be a social time to chat, snacks/potlucks, theme-based, game nights, or whatever you prefer!

Description of the help needed:

The Coordinator will:

• • Notify the Office Admin of the dates and times so they are added to the UUFB calendar
  • Make sure announcements are in the Sunday bulletins
  • Send out email reminders
  • Identify a host for each meeting who will open, close, clean up, and lock up the building afterward

This is an ongoing activity occurring once per month (or as often as you would like)

Approximate time commitment:

Coordination effort is usually less than 1 hour per month.
