Historian Team
Description or Charge of the Committee:
- Document various UUFB activities.
- Keep a photo record album or book.
Duties of a Team Member:
Currently, Susan Backer is a committee-of-one, so there have been no meetings. She documents all the on-going services and activities from the newsletter for an on-going condensed history. She is also writing a narrative history of the Fellowship and updates the webpage as needed. She hasn’t kept a photo album, but members of the fellowship have taken photos which Christy highlights on the bulletin board.
It would be wonderful for someone to collect those photos and start some hard copy and digital albums.
Someone with a history of working on archiving documents would be very helpful as we have a treasure trove of documents going back 60+ years.
Approximate time per month for meetings:
We could negotiate this. Monthly meetings may not be necessary for this committee. Maybe quarterly checking in to see where to refine what we’re doing.
Approximate additional time per month for other Team work or activities:
This could be minimal, just the time for taking photos and arranging them in photo albums.
Number of openings for new Team Members:
2 to 3 people could easily handle this.
