Our UUFB covenant begins “Love is the spirit of this church,” and this week, guest presenters Linda Larson and Bill Pelto return to Bozeman to present some thoughts on that spirit of love through song, readings, and their own commentary. The service will include a variety of musical styles, solo singing, congregational singing, some piano duets, and maybe an ukulele or two.

Members of the Boone Unitarian Universalist Fellowship in Boone, North Carolina, Linda performed in operas and classical concert music throughout the country while teaching at Cornell, NYU, Ithaca College, and Appalachian State University. Bill enjoyed a thirty-year career in higher education as a music theory faculty member and associate dean at Ithaca College, dean of Appalachian State University’s Hayes School of Music, and recently retired after serving as the executive director of The College Music Society.
