Robert Fulghum has been a Unitarian Universalist minister since the early 1960s serving in Bellingham and Edmonds, Washington. He is best known for his books, beginning with All I Really Need to Know I Learned in Kindergarten, a collection of stories that stayed on The New York Times bestseller list for nearly two years. We have chosen four of his stories from It Was On Fire When I Lay Down On It and Uh-Oh to highlight his wit and wisdom and to illustrate his commitment to our Seven Principles.
