Awe from the Inside Out

One group of researches describes awe as “that sense of wonder we feel in the presence of something vast that transcends our understanding of the world.” Awe is something all of us have experienced at some point in our lives. Often we look outward for that “something vast” to initiate the feeling. How might we experience awe through turning our attention inward?
