Here in Montana and throughout much of the western U.S., this summer has been incredibly hot and dry. Water levels are approaching or exceeding record lows. And fires have burned across immense areas of grasslands and forestlands. It seems that the Earth has a fever and the behavior of humans is a significant factor in causing that fever. Will we take the necessary action to change our ways for the benefit of the Earth and all living beings on it?
