Sixty-two years ago, this month the American Unitarian Association and the Universalist Church of American voted, in separate meetings, to consolidate and become the Unitarian Universalist Association. This year is the 60th anniversary of that consolidation. Years of relationship cultivation prior to these votes were required to make the consolidation possible. How can we cultivate, and how are we cultivating, relationships between religious communities today in our efforts to further our values and our principles?
